Large room with 2 big windows and a closet, overlooking garden in a 3 bedroom apt. available June 1. We are a couple with a toddler, and a single female who is a medical student. There are also 2 cats. We are looking for someone quiet, courteous, but with a sense of humor. 
Please, no homebodies. $600 includes all utilities, DirectTV in the living room, wireless internet access for your laptop. We are very close to the Atlantic Avenue subway station, which include the 2,3,4,5,N,R,Q. Building is located near Long Island College Hospital (LICH) and relatively close to Methodist. Laundry and restaurants are around the corner.
