Hi all! We’re looking for a 3rd roommate to move in this summer at the end of July. Rent is $550/month plus utilities (~$80 a month) and you’d be living with me (current 2nd year DVM student), a current 3rd year DVM student, and 2 small/medium dogs. The landlord has requested no additional dogs/cats currently, but smaller caged pets should be fine!
The house is off Drake on the west side of town, about 6 minutes to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital and 10 minutes to CSU's main campus. We’re also really close to the Spring Creek trail so you can easily bike to class.
The owner/landlord is a CSU DVM who would love to continue to rent to professional students! Message me & I’ll be happy to do a zoom tour or answer any questions!!!!
