max. canine have oviod pulp chamber but straight canal , mand. bicuispid have oviod pulp chamber but slightly curved canals + more than 1 canal are reported in mand bicuspid cases.
i would say its max. canine upon review from pulp pathways endo.

Which of following most likely results in necrosis of pulp in permnent tooth?

1. Intrusion
2. Luxation

As far as i think it will be intrusion because it will damage the blood vessels more
