I just got done with the interview and what do I think about RFUMS? This program is great as well. They impressed me a lot. They have amazing facilities. Great faculty, 7 Board Certified Specialist in all 5 specialties I believe. "Cheaper" than some other programs I'm considering, in smaller town, but safe. 40 minutes (or closer) to downtown Chicago. If anyone sees this that went to the interview on 11/20 Private Message me.

I am interviewing at Rosalind Franklin January 15th -Glad to hear someone else had an interview there. I am from Chicago area so it would be nice to be close to home.. I interviewed at Miami this weekend, Belmont on the Dec 3, and Elon on Jan 10.. these interviews are killing my bank account..I just hope that I have a chance with some of these.. my stats are decent but not amazing

Overall GPA 3.6
Science GPA 3.3
GRE: 5.5 AW, V 460, Q 680

200 plus hours volunteer with PT, study abroad, lots of extra curriculars

Everyone I met at Miami had huge stats-- very intimidating!

Hey travelbug, I met a few people from U of I at the interview is that where you go? I even met someone whose friend was interviewing at UF or Miami this weekend also. I think her name is Sofia, she's Greek and some dude named Ned with red hair. There were 92 of us at the interview. They've had about 500 application so far and will be accepting about 40 applicants. I would definitely go there if it was close to home. They emphasize research from the very first day. You will definitely have fun and will be impressed with the facilities. They have this thing where they bring trained actors in to simulate evaluations. That would be awesome. I was telling everyone my gpa was a little higher than what I have as my signature because their's was pretty high also, I was embarrassed.

I guess they really didn't feel like I'm good enough for their pogram since I got a response so soon. You've probably read my post about being rejected. I was impressed by the program actually so I'm not bitter about it. I was the only one from FL that day. I don't think I met you though.
