Rosalind Franklin requires 3 LORs: 2 from academic professors and one from someone who has supervised my work or a personal reference. What constitutes as a personal reference? Also, if I worked on a professor's research project and also had him as a professor in two of my science classes, will he count as a work supervisor or just an academic professor, or does it depend on what he says in the LOR?

I think you can count it either way. Since you worked on a research project, this is more personal and work-related. If you already have a personal reference, then he can serve as the academic professor. I'm pretty sure the LOR will mention your effort in the class and your involvement in the project. Gluck!

Unfortunately, we don't have that in my school.
