I just want to let everyone know that I got accepted to Ross University over a year ago, and for the past 6 months, they have been calling me almost every day! It has been so annoying! At first, I thought that they were concerned if I had any questions, but after a few more phone calls, I realized that they really are desperate for people! I mean, what kind of medical school does this? The other foreign schools haven't done this! I recommend not to go to Ross or any other Caribbean school, if you can! I know that in some cases, you may want to get back to the U.S. after 2 years because of family, etc., but if you don't have that situation, I would avoid the Caribbean. It's just my opinion.

You're almost correct; it's not you they want -- it's your money.

Ross gave me the opportunity to do something that the us schools wouldnt. Now I'm a resident in ER and loving life. You obviously could not get into a US school or you would not be here. Go to ross, or don't I don't care. Just be happy that you got into any school and get to work.

HAHA! That's great! It's funny how times change...

Anyway, I had the exact opposite experience. I actually had to call Ross several times before they answered me about my application. The main office in New York is often considered to be notoriously unhelpful. But, they must have been desperate to make their numbers.

Now, there seems to be TOO many students on the island! Go figure.

I hope things worked out for you anyway!

It is funny how things change, yet they stay the same.
