hey guys

Just ended up undergrad with an overall GPA of 3.595. For application purposes, does this round up to 3.60?

not likely...AMCAS will calculate your GPA, and while there are odd exceptions, it should be the same as your college calculated GPA...

Does AMCAS report GPA to 2 or 3 decimal places?

so I expect it to say 3.59
You know, in Science class (I'm messing around) they always told me that if you were limited to significant numbers, you round if the number after the last sig # is 5 or greater. Wouldn't that make a 3.595 a 3.6? Just wondering.

And OP, any way you can take some BS 2 unit class you can ace? :)

Wait and see how it turns out - my GPA was different than what my undergrad transcript said or what I calculated with my CC courses.

I expected to have like a 3.56 and ended up with a 3.61 or something. So just wait it out and see what AMCAS makes it - you don't report your GPA anyway they calculate it.
