Rush University- Why are the students so happy there? What is the secret?

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone knows why Rush students have this national reputation og being some of the most content medical school students. Is the school really that good? How competitive is it in comparison to the other chicago area schools?

The students there really go out of their way to help each other out. It's like one big family there. I don't know why, but you will be hard-pressed to find a Rush student unhappy with their educational experience. I have a friend who will be going there and he really tried to sell the school to me last time I saw him. And from the sounds of it, I am thinking of making it my 1st or 2nd choice.
