Hello,
I've been struggling a lot in Organic Chem 2 (at this point I might be looking at a B or a B+ as my grade) and my professor just made our exams so that we can only look at one question at a time and can't go back to check or fix the answer. The class is hard enough as it is, the switch to online testing and online labs was a difficult transition, and this final change makes me worried about how well I'll really do in the class. My advisor told me that I could change my grading option to Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory, so that if I get an S (which is a C or above), it wouldn't impact my GPA and I can still uncover the letter grade if needed in the future. Is this something to consider? Will changing my grade to Satisfactory look bad when I apply for medical school? I know this is an unprecedented situation, but I was just wondering what everyone else thinks.
