I have no idea where that is. Chances are I do, but right now, at this early hour in the morning with little sleep the night before and a long day of classes ahead of me, I wouldn't be able to bring it up off the top of my head.
A better place to check would be www.aamc.org if SABA is an American medical college. If it isn't, then I might suggest checking the school's web page. If you don't know what it is, hit a Yahoo! search or something like that. You should be able to get some info there.

A suggestion: do your utmost to get into a US program, either MD or DO, before considering a beach school.
Yes, it is possible to get back to the States for residency, practicing, etc., but you'll be facing additional barriers.
