I am the owner (and would be your female roommate) in a 3 bed 2 bath house in San Antonio. I am currently renting out my furnished guest room to a female rotating medical student or resident/fellow. Looking to rent monthly, would consider longer terms on a case by case basis. Currently I am a resident at UT-San Antonio. You would have your own bathroom, walk in closet, queen bed (and linens if you need them). I do have a dog (yellow lab), she’s sweet, kennel/potty trained-just FYI Rent is $350, security deposit is $350.
Few house rules:
-No overnight guests
-No eating in bedroom/on couch (everything is brand new)
-I keep things pretty clean, I expect my roommate to be respectful of that.
