Just fired AT&T yesterday. Slept so well last night. I signed up for Cbeyond. http://www.cbeyond.net/

They are offering free installation, $500 credit, free web name through the end of the year. If I knew about this sooner, I would have posted earlier (just found out about Cbeyond yesterday)

Please post other overhead saving ideas.

My office has the ability to buy Omnipaque 240 for $18 for 50cc and Celestone 6mg/ml in 5ml vials for $19.

I am not in charge of supply, but I can get whatever I want- somebody else has the job of getting those prices for the practice.

lowering overhead

- best thing i ever did was set-up e-prescribing --- for $30/month... NO MORE phone calls, which has allowed one of my staff to more important (income generating work)...
