Scholarship Negotiations- Should I use school name or no?

I've been trying to read SDN on how to leverage scholarships, and the one aspect I've seen polar opposite advice on is whether or not you should name the school offering you a scholarship (when contacting the school you're trying to leverage with)? Any input from the faculty on here would be appreciated. If it matters, the schools are of similar caliber so it wouldn't look like I'm trying to showboat a T20 scholarship to a state school.

I’ve posted this elsewhere on here, but the schools I have tried to do this with have asked me to send PDFs of the financial aid offers. So, choose to reveal it or not, seems like schools will want the names anyways
