Hey,
Now that the euphoria is fading a bit, I've begun to explore the issue of financing the next four years. Does anyone have any suggestions for good $ locating resources other than Fastweb, SRN and the usual government/institutional loans?

Look into the Armed Forces and NHSC Scholarship. Each state also have scholarship available for medical students. Once you've started your school should post information regarding scholarship opportunities.... but for the meantime use this site and search for similar topics that have been discussed before.... Good luck to you....
