Looking for feedback & perspective in interview likelihood for nontrad applicant with 3.75 BCPM GPA, 3.79 cumulative GPA and 519 MCAT. Have multiple years of work experience in healthcare, including managerial roles in product at a healthcare technology firm (in which I worked directly with practices / providers)

Yes. OP needs state schools; as it is, the list is a little top heavy. Even legendary rock stars should have their state schools on their list!
