  9. 90 hours at a blood center over ~1.5 years, 140 hours at 2 food pantries over ~1.5 years (both will be longer by the time I apply)

Agree with Faha; your current list has a lot of state schools where its hard for OOS students to get admission.

I would remove Alabama, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Buffalo and add some more schools from Faha's list above. Also look into Temple, Jefferson, Drexel, Einstein.
