School list advice? 4.0 GPA, MCAT tba in May (hopefully)

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
URM or ORM?

Hours for leadership roles and how extensive was the actual leadership?

How many hours for the nonclinical coordinator volunteering?

We need an MCAT to get the full picture, but, assuming you stay consistent and get a 508, the following are donations either because of of the score or because you aren't from the target population they seek to recruit.

ORM. The student coordinator leadership position is pretty extensive with a strong LOR from my volunteer advisor, probably only 50 hours as I have only had the position this year. Hoping my MCAT will improve a lot with more study time and it possibly getting pushed back this summer. Would applying without MCAT score put me at a disadvantage?
When compared to people with already high MCAT scores it will of course be a disadvantage as they are known quantities.

However, you can mitigate that with the strong LOR's and strong experiences. Write a killer PS and a fantastic activities section and I would expect that you would receive some secondaries from the schools not requiring MCAT's for the initial screenings (especially on account of your 4.0 and a known school)

Hi everyone! I would appreciate any advice for my school list. I am from NY state, did undergrad at a midwest big 10 school. Current junior applying this cycle. My ECs could be better and I am scheduled to take the MCAT this may, but who knows if that will happen.

GPA: 4.0
Major: Neuroscience
MCAT: haven't taken yet, the princeton review practice tests I've taken haven't gone that well though ~508
Research: Have worked in a kinesiology lab since freshman year. 1000+ hours, multiple poster and oral presentations at conferences, working on a paper to publish. Strong LOR from advisor, I work very closely with this lab.
Volunteering: 100 hours at a hospital since freshman year, also hold a student coordinator position where I train and direct other college volunteers. Have volutneered on various units throughout the hospital. Student coordinator position includes work outside of hospital hours (organization, planning, communicating with other volunteers for various reasons)
Shadowing: ~100 hours for a primary care physician
Leadership: Student volunteer coordinator position. Also E-board officer of pre-med service organization on campus. Was supposed to go on an abroad service learning trip with this club (setting up mobile clinics in an underserved country) but its being postponed to next year because of corona.
