School List Advice

Hi Everyone-
I'm applying this cycle and would appreciate a little input on my school list!
I have a 3.88 cGPA and a 3.9 sGPA, 32S MCAT. I have two years of writing and science paid tutoring, volunteer work at a local food pantry, leadership role in college community service organization, about 60 hours of physician shadowing, and about 320 hours of clinical volunteering in a couple of different hospital departments. Research is my weak area: no bench work, a year of independent study literature review work in psychology. I'm not looking to apply to any research heavy schools.

Here is my list so far:

8. NYU

Any suggestions to add or remove?

Its a good list. If you can afford it, I would add about 5 more schools.

With a 3.88/32, you might also look into these and consider some of them for "fit".

UCF, USCal, SLU, Einstein,
UConn, Miami, Iowa, Maryland, UMinn, Stony Brook, Wake, Cincinnati, UWisconsin,
UKentucky, Creighton, SUNY Downstate, MCW.

thank you for your suggestions! i will look into those schools. in terms of my original list, do i have the right ratio of target schools, safeties and reaches?
