UND, Vermont, Oregon, and West Virginia are not worth applying to as an OOS. Brown is not a good reach school as a significant portion of their class in BS/MD making it more competitive to get in then it appears. Also I do not believe South Dakota has a med school. Finally, make sure you are ok with the lifestyle contract with Loma Linda.
