Your mcat and research experience (do you have any?) are too low for harvard, UNC, Case, NW, and pitt. I'd take off UNC for sure since its not your state school, but as for the others its your call, although all of them emphasize research and have 34+ mcat medians. Otherwise, remove kansas. Keep UVA because you never know, and uniformed-herbert only if you plan on serving in the military for several years.

If you want a better chance at those reaches, try to do some research if possible prior to applying.

I would suggest adding all new schools (commonwealth, Carilion, Oakland, quinnipiac, Hofstra, Cooper, etc) in your region. Add wake forest, tulane, Temple, Jefferson, UToledo, U Arizona, Penn State, Rosalind Franklin and UIllinois (this school is expensive for OOS). And purchase an MSAR if you dont have one already!
