My only concern would be the small number of shadowing hours, but maybe your experience as a medical aide could be substituted. You may want to check with admissions recruiters about it. Start with your in-state schools and then privates whose metrics and mission align with you.

I suggest these schools from your list:
Mayo
Ohio State
Duke
Mount Sinai
Saint Louis
Iowa
Case Western
U Michigan
Pittsburgh
Penn State
BU
Brown
Emory
Albert Einstein
USC Keck
Creighton
NJMS
VCU
Georgetown
Miami
Jefferson
George Washington
Tufts
RWJMS
Temple
Tulane
Add Rowan Cooper and Seton Hall

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback, Faha! 🙂 Great advice. Any insight into how you narrowed down the list?

Thanks! 🙂 I will review my list based on your good advice and concern!

I removed the reaches where your GPA and/or MCAT are not as competitive and some state public schools that accept few non residents with no connection to the state (ie Nebraska).
