UC Irvine admits very few non residents with no connection to the state and SUNY Downstate and Stony Brook also admit few non residents.
Some schools will average your MCAT scores. You could add any of these schools:
Western Michigan
Medical College Wisconsin
Iowa
St. Louis
TCU
USF Morsani
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Hofstra
New York Medical College

Non-clinical volunteering
over 1500 club leadership, part of it serving disadvantaged communities through science initiatives
Is it all in STEM-promotion activities (which would constitute being involved in a science competency)? How much of your time is spent face-to-face vs. in leadership responsibilities (club meetings and coordinating volunteers)?

Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)
300 museum/art guide
300 campus Orientation leader
700 Supplemental instructor (science bio courses)
150 social advocacy for lgbtq initiaitves through school club

Your profile lacks service orientation activities like food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. If you have zero hours, your application is vulnerable to getting screened out at most medical schools.

Museum docent and SI tutor are academic competency activities. Campus leader is community building/recruiting for your campus.

With so many academic activities on your profile, are you applying to research Masters or PhD programs? Why/not?

listed 150 hours of that as me being a volunteer in the outreach we did, and discussed that as my most meaningful. but majority of the hours was leadership in many on-campus and outreach events.

I like research but clinical research appeals to me more having worked as scribe and RA where clinical research was relevant to my narrative, and i love being in the clinic/working with patients, so i can't imagine myself even dealing with clinical research without practicing medicine with no restrictions on patient care
