UMDNJ's - from what I understand, these are not friendly to OOS at all
U Missouri KC - I believe they matriculate in January, so make sure you're okay with that

I thought I might include the UMDNJ's because I'm from the tri-state area, but I agree - OOS acceptance rates are slim.

Ah...I did Drosophila work myself so I get kind of excited whenever I hear about cool fly research.

You seem to be coming at this the right way: You have a good upward trend, helped to redeem your GPA with a great MCAT, have solid ECs, and plan to apply broadly. I would be really surprised if you didn't get at least one acceptance. Good luck.
