You have a poor MD school list. You have many state public schools that accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connection to the state. For example, UC Davis admitted only one non resident last year and Florida State only 4. Your DO list is fine. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:

Did you use the MSAR to develop your school list? You have an awful lot of OOS schools that aren’t friendly to OOS applicants-they prefer IS applicants. Same with Texas. The schools in Texas a mandated to have at least 90% instate residents in each class. Did you have any interviews last cycle? What was the result: immediate R orvWL? I think with a much better list you might have some luck.
