Throw UC-Davis on there! I think they prefer NorCal, they but accept plenty of Socal students too. Your stats are great. I bet you could try a hail mary for Harvard/Johns Hopkins if you wanted to. I think just 25 schools will do it for you. Maybe throw out the schools that you don’t actually want to attend like CA Northstate (normally I’m an advocate for this school bc I liked it when I interviewed, but you don’t need to stoop that low). I bet schools like Drexel and Vermont will yield protect against you. Even Jeff is pretty low-yield. I think your list is good and you should receive some IIs.

Hmm, ok I'll probably add the Hail Marys and remove Cal Northstate, Drexel, Vermont, Jeff, WMich, and Colorado then. What do you think about Indiana? My MCAT is above their 90th percentile according to MSAR while my GPA is pretty much on target.

If Indiana sounds cool to you, I certainly think they will take a good look at you, but that is the same with prettymuch any school. Everyone will look at you with those stats. But I am curious if they would look at you and say, "this kid is going to go to a UC" (same with Drexel and Vermont).
You can afford to be a little more picky. Pick the OOS schools you really see yourself attending based on your networking with current students or recent graduates at those programs. If you have lived in Southern California for all of your life, moving out to the Midwest or Northeast could require a little adjustment.
Yeah. Take out the state schools (and definitely Cal Northstate) and replace with other midtiers like Tufts. Good luck, you are a straight up rock star. Your nonclinical volunteering is a bit low for the likes of Harvard but other than that you are competitive and top 20s should comprise at least half of your school list.
