So do your 2000 hours as a medical scribe constitute anticipated hours (that's a year full-time work)? If so, don't make them look like they are completed hours here.

PS suggestion: describe how the physician's care for your family member influenced you. This is a change in perspective that you need to focus on: the impact physicians have on caregivers in a more active view rather than passive. While it is important either way, it focuses more on you as a potential health care provider in addition to you as a caregiver/observer.
