MCAT 514 (128/129/126/131)
3.81 GPA
3.62 sGPA

White FL resident
Public University

Clinical Volunteering 252 hours (gave three poster presentations on quality improvement projects with this)
Research 300 hours in one lab (one poster presentation), 100 hours in another (one poster presentation)
Shadowing 50 hours with a neurosurgeon
Non-clinical Volunteering 300 hours in a community service fraternity, various community outreach stuff (mostly working with disadvantaged kids)

Been an RA for 2.5 years now (about 1500 hours, another 200 hours working on a committee to represent RAs on campus)

Taught an undergrad class about medical humanities (as a co-instructor) and gave a poster presentation about that

I think that's all the bigger stuff, please help me with my school list! I used WARS to base mine off of (i got a 76- 81ish I think). I used this to help find schools in each tier.

Top:
Stanford
Duke
Michigan

High:
Mayo
Emory
UVA (legacy)
Baylor
Pitt
Case Western

Mid:
Rochester
Dartmouth
Cincinnati
Vermont
Ohio State
Hofstra
Einstein
U Colorado
Kaiser (will love if anyone has an idea of what to expect from here)
Wake

Low:
EVMS
Creighton

State:
UF
FAU
FIU
FSU
UCF
UMiami (or mid tier since it's private idk)
USF

Low Yield:
Tufts
BU (have a lot of family in Boston, so I would really love to go)

Not sure if I should move more from mid to low just because FL has so many state schools all the low spots got eaten up (I don't want to apply to more than 30 due to time/ cost). Also also so far I have only really seen Stanford as having a larger interest in medical humanities, but if someone knows more or how I can find them (I didn't find too much help when I googled) that would be lovely!
Thanks for reading :)

Your Low Yield, Florida schools (include NOVA MD), Low and Mid schools should be adequate. Also include UVA since you are a legacy.

I am deeply appreciative of the advice I have received so far, but it would help ease my mind to have a second outside opinion. @Goro I've seen your help on other posts, if it is not too much trouble please consider helping me out!

I'm not a fan of tiers; I prefer classes, as in the USN battleships and cruisers.
