Do medical schools find out what other schools that an applicant has applied to or do they only find out other acceptances on May 15?

as far as I know...when the school makes the final decision on your app...they can see where else you have applied to and where you have been accepted.
i am not sure what happens after the may 15th deadline...whether all the schools who haven't made the final decsion can see where you applied and where you got accepted.

AMCAS will not release any information about where people have gotten accepted (or even applied to) until May 15th. This is detailed in the MSAR book.
