Temple and Drexel are fairly equivalent in terms of admissions stats and even matching, so you'll have to look beyond that. I think Temple has a nice hospital system. It is in a not-so-nice location, though. Drexel has a nicer campus, but the main teaching hospital is not in the same location as the med campus (there is a shuttle, ~20-25 minutes). Personally I think you can't find a much better pre-clinical curriculum than Drexel's. Both schools are putting in money to build new facilities. Drexel has more clinical locations around the state and into NJ, which can be either a benefit or a drawback depending on your perspective.
You can't go wrong with either school (or with any US allopathic school, for that matter). I personally have an allegiance to Drexel, and I think the school is awesome, but I can't offer any real concrete reasons why you would choose one over the other, except the pre-clinical resources at Drexel (which are oustanding, unsurpassed -- online lecture video, very available profs, etc.). Maybe some people who know more about Temple's clinical education could chime in more.
