I think they might be done extending interviews however.

a definition of "done" would be helpful here. It's pretty irrelevant whether someone has an interview already scheduled but hasn't completed it. "Done" should probably be defined as "no more interview invites will be given."

I got called to fill in for somebody on Monday. I think they have one more interview day next week that is also full.

Unfortunately, their last interview day was Friday, February 9th according to the student hosting coordinator. The post-interview survey had one more week after that listed though.
