Schools that update without email

What schools will update or, if any, send II's without an email notification. I know that GW is one, it might be nice to compile a list to alleviate some neuroticism amongst those (myself included) checking every portal every day.

Well, I checked the portal for University of Illinois this morning and had an interview invite, but I still haven't gotten an email.

Funny GW emailed me the secondary 4 weeks before my AMCAS was verified.

On another hand, UCF doesn't email you if some docs are missing.
