So I visited St Louis College of Pharmacy recently and found out that they do not need to take a PCAT to get into the program.. The school is too small for me however. Is there any others that accept without the PCAT?

i don't think purdue requires it. and some california schools. if you look around on the pharmcas website it shows if each of the schools require the pcat or not.

You just have to know where to look...
From the AACP Web site: http://www.aacp.org/resources/student/pharmacyforyou/admissions/Pages/PCAT.aspx

"Approximately two-thirds of U.S. colleges and schools of pharmacy require the Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT) for admission. To determine whether a college requires the PCAT, you may contact each program individually or review Table 9 of the Pharmacy School Admission Requirements (PSAR) guide. "

the non-pcat schools are more competetive and many require a bachelor degree. just take it and it will make your life much easier.

and if u look closer u will find that california schools that doesn't require the pcat accept very few students from different states.

Pretty much every California school does not require PCATs. Which I find ******ed. How else are you supposed to distinguish between a 3.9 GPA from community college or a cal state, and a 3.3 from a cutthroat, top tier, 4-year university where the averages on exams are 90 and not 50.
