What percentage of schools screen the primary application prior to sending secondaries? If you are rejected presecondary, does the school inform you of such?

i think something close to 90% of schools will send you secondaries if you apply, maybe even a little more. most schools see it as a big revenue-making move and will wait post-secondary to begin rejecting applicants. as to your second question, i believe the majority of schools will inform you if they don't plan on extending you an interview - however, if it's been more than 5 or 6 weeks since your application was complete and you still haven't heard anything, it doesn't hurt to call the school and ask about your application status.
