This was the first implant I have done in over two years. I took out a jumbled mess of nevro leads, threw them in the trash, placed new Nevro leads, moved the IPG site to a more comfortable location. The former placement was partially covering the spinous processes. He was trying to do it all through one incision and it didn't work out.

What cpts? 63650 x2 or 63663 (once or twice?)
