We started a new thread in the Allopathic Class Threads subforum - Questions and Answers about Medical Schools. We need volunteers to go to the thread, read the instructions to contribute, and answer as many of the 31 AAMC questions as possible about the medical school you attend.

We hope this will be a great resource for students researching medical schools but we need current and past students to contribute in order for this to happen.

I just wanted to second this:

We want SDN to be as deep and valuable a resource as possible. If we can get a few people from each school to go and contribute, the value to the pre-meds on our forum would be outstanding.

Even if you don't have the time to answer many of the questions, please go to the thread and start a post for your school. Just answer a few questions. As we begin to build the directory and increase traffic, other people from your schools will fill in the details.

If you'd like to help out and ensure some type of anonymity, we can accomodate that.

Email your answers to [email protected]

You need to email the answers from your SCHOOL email address and provide your real name and the name of the school you attend. Your name will be kept confidential and your answers will be posted by a moderator or advisor.
 
Please, please can more people post to this - this is so so so useful and would be great to have just in time to help people entering school this fall make their final decisions about waitlists, etc. Even if you don't answer all the questions and just do the ones you know, it would still be incredibly helpful!!!

SDN will raffle off two $25 supercertificates from giftcertificates.com as an incentive to students to contribute to the 31 questions thread in the Mentor Forum.

The deadline to participate in the raffle is August 1st. So please contribute for your school by then! 😀
