searching for residency training in GERMANY and other german-speaking countries

hello. i am a 4th year medical student from the Philippines and will graduate this April. After that i wish to finish 1 year internship here in the Philippines and take the Philippine Board Examination.

I want to ask about any opportunities for residency training in Germany or other German-speaking countries. What do i need and what chances do i have to be accepted? I wish to be a resident on Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
