Hi all,
Last week I received an invite to complete a secondary application at both LECOMs, I just overnighted my secondary to both schools today. Does anyone know if there are any seats left at any of these schools? Thanks!

As of last week, LECOM-B had filled just over half of their seat. A few of those individuals are, of course, expected to drop. I was also notified that there were about 75 applicants on their waiting list.

Funny, that's exactly what they told me when I interviewed in January. Where did you get this info?

Hi, last week I received an email from Lecom-B and it has 109 recipients. These are people that have put in their deposits. It’s probably more by now. :luck:

All the info I shared is from Collen. Although, it does not neccesarliy mean that she was 100% acurate, I think that it is safe to say that those estimates are close. I did, however, mention that this info is from the begining of last week, therefore, anything could have changed as a lot can happen within nearly 10 business days.

I can't remember how many seats are given to first years at either LECOM-PA or LECOM-B. Anyone know out there?

The email was dated March 1st. I think she gave you a canned answer, especially since she gave the same one to someone back in January. How many of those recipients are holding onto multiple acceptances may be the key question.

Yes, but the emails are going out to people who put up a $1500 deposit. I know that some will cancel, but it's hard to believe that a lot of them will throw that much away. Still...I could be wrong.

I just got an email from Annette at LECOM-B. According to her, the class is just over half full and that at this point 35-45 alternates will be given addmission. She did not tell me how many people are on the alternate list.

Did she by any chance say when they were reviewing the apps or anything? she called me today just to let me know that she received a few more of my LOR's and said that she wasn't sure when they would review the apps again...

LECOM-B reviews apps every Thursday.

True they may review apps every thurs. but, that doesn't necessarily include the alternates' apps. Infact, I was under the impression that those apps haven't been reviewed in a while. Annette says that they have been very bust wrapping up the last of their applications and that when they are done, they will once again review the alternates' apps.

I don't how accurate my information is due to the fact that everyone has posted such different info, but for what it's worth, I was told by Colleen today that there are currently around 100 alternates and the class is around 2/3 full (100 out of 150). She also told me that the alternates' files will be reviewd again in mid May. I'm in the same boat with you all and it sucks. We just have to be patient and hope for the best. Good luck to you all 🙂
