Second Undergraduate Degree

Has anyone here taken a second undergrad degree before applying or getting into medical school?

I'd appreciate any information about 2nd undergrad degree takers...
(like: reason for taking a second degree before med school,
effect on application to med school,
pros and cons for taking a 2nd degree,
experience,
how long it took,
influence of taking a second degree now that you're in med school,
etc.)

Been discussed to death - search for details. Long story short - do it if you want, nobody else will care.

Search, this is a case where your situation is not really unique. I really wanted to do a double major (Which is different than a double degree...) but I decided to just graduate early (besides my family wasn't willing to pay for it and I agree with them, now.) It won't help but if you want to do it, go for it.

Well it'll help, but only if you do well. The degree won't matter, but the change in GPA will.
