that used to be vanderbilt's policy, but this year they are making an exception. Here is a letter someone else posted on this forum

I sent them a paper copy because of this and hope to be recieving a secondary soon
, which I have heard is out, and Yale, which is online, what other places are sending out secondaries already? Please post up.
