how strict do you think they are?

for example, columbia's two-weeks was just a guideline. but ucsd's says they are strict. but my school is really slow with the composites and it says it has to be received by a month after the email. i might have f*cked up cuz of labor day, etc. what do you guys think?

No idea. Since my undergrad can be slow with things I made sure they got the composite in early. However if the rest of your app is complete and postmarked your best bet is to call the med school.
