secondary essay lengths?

Hey guys.

I just wnated to get your opinion on the secondary essays that have no word limit. What do you guys think is a good length? A short and concise 2 paragraph (~250 like most schools) essay or a longer 1000+ word one?

i know admissions committee have to read through them all, so I think that teh short ones would be best, however you can't really write all that much, especially if the prompt is like "why do you want to attend ______".

I honestly think that 2 paragraphs for a no limit essay is pretty short. However, it's best to be concise and to the point instead of blabbing on. So if you are planning to write only 2 P, then make sure it is a very good one.
