One of the secondary question was regarding your two strongest core competencies. How do we go about writing this? Should it be one of those example essays where we show not tell or do I just give one large example that demonstrates two strong core competencies?

I picked a couple of experiences, briefly described them, what I learned, and how they subsequently strengthened the two competencies I chose.
