Just starting private practice and encountering the headache of getting on insurance plans. I believe I heard some time ago that there's a way a new associate can still see patients and bill for the service through the practice until he/she can get on insurance plans. Anyone familiar with this process or have suggestions? I don't want to just be twiddling my thumbs until I get on a few insurance plans.
