Cardiology office in Anaheim, CA looking for a medical student who recently graduated (graduating soon) for full time work in their office. Must be available to work for a minimum of 1 year. You will be working directly with the cardiologist when seeing patients-similar to an outpatient cardiology residency rotation, roughly 80-100 patients per week. Students will get to learn and experience hands on stress tests, EKGS, Holter Monitors, Echocardiogram, and be able to perform full H&P's. You will also be expected to manage daily office duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, insurance verifications, etc. Very beneficial to build up your CV and for someone who wants more hands on experience with an interest in pursuing Internal or Family medicine residency.
You must have completed Step 1 and Step 2 CK (CS can be pending as you will get a lot of hands on experience here).
Hours are M-F 830 am -530 pm. Occasional Saturdays, if available.
