Dear Medical Students,
I am conducting research on medical students’ self-care as part of my dissertation, in which both this study and post have received IRB approval (document attached). All students from allopathic medical (M.D.) schools within the United States are welcome to participate in a survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

No information will be collected that will personally identify you, your medical school, or clinical training site.
