If your a urm then you just need a mcat of 28+ and you'll manage to get into a decent MD program. If you score a 32+ on the mcat you'll be able to get into top tier.
So work hard on that MCAT.

I think that a person should doubt themselves sometimes. But its good to participate in self-esteem boosting activities to keep you away from these self-defeating attitudes.

Your cGPA isn't that bad. It's the BCPM GPA that could use some work, and you could do that more easily/cheaply with an unofficial postbac by taking more upper-level science classes and getting As at a local college for a year. If you can get some kind of a hefty tuition break at a formal program, then go that route.

Have you taken any diagnostic tests to get an idea of where you stand with the MCAT?

Your ECs appear to be well in hand.
