I just bought this a few months ago and used it to study for my Oat last July. Everything is pretty much brand new (I took notes and did practice questions on scratch paper)

It includes:
flashcards (I only cut out the biology, the rest are still intact)
Lesson book (I only wrote on one page)
Review Notes Book (completely blank)
The dry erase board and marker

I'm from San Diego county (California)
Also if anyone has suggestions on how and where to sell these materials elsewhere that would be great as well!
