Hey all, what in the WORLD are semester hours?!
I've got courses, and if they're a full course (ie. 3 hours lecture per week, and sometimes labs depending on course), they classify as a 0.5 weighting.
Generally, a full semester with 5 courses is about 2.5.
So, I've seen the crazy conversion in the AMCAS manual, but have any other canadians figured this out yet? The example seems to tell me that converting my 0.5 course credit weighting is wrong. I end up with 0.3 "semester hours" per course... Something tells me I'm missing something...
