Send Additional Rec Letter to UMich?

Hey guys...

So I got the December deferral decision from UMich. I'm pretty confident it's a good idea to send an update/interest letter before December, but should I send an additional rec letter? I have an extra LOR from a physician, which I haven't sent yet. Think it'll help? UMich, needless to say, is one of my top choices.
