Sending a Letter of Interest/Update without Grades?

Hi guys. Is it kosher to send an update/letter of interest to a school you've already interviewed at without including fall grades (and instead just updating with general activities)? AMCAS listed that I'd be taking fall classes, but with a B+ in one of my science classes and an iffy science background, I'd rather not include them.
